The Fluid Collective project first came to light in Boston in 2015, conceived by Daniele Germani, Alessio Pignorio and Giuseppe Campisi, who met while studying at the Berklee College of Music. From that moment on they have been performing in a number of formation, from trio to big band, collaborating with artists of the calibre of George Garzone, Bob Moses Nat Mugavero and Jeff Galindo, while performing in both the United States and Europe. In December 2016 - after winning the first prize at the Conad Jazz Contest @ Umbria Jazz – they released their first album, “In The Woods” (Honolulu Records), with Lucas Martinez on tenor sax and Lluis Naval on drums.
Daniele Germani winner of the Berklee Summer School in 2015 (and a member of the Alessio Pignorio E-Quartet), is among the most sought after performers in Boston, with many collaborations with big names in the American jazz scene (in addition to the previously mentioned George Gazone and Bob Moses, also Kenny Werner, John Patitucci, Dave Douglas). In 2016 he also performed at the Panama Jazz Festival with Dave Douglas and the members of the Berklee Global Jazz Institute (where he's studying), while in 2017 he was invited to the Fara Music Festival in Rome.
