Nefertiti is a jazz quarter first formed in 2013 by Delphine Deau featuring musicians from all over France who met at the Paris Conservatoire. During its first year, the band started playing in every bar and club in the French capital, before recording their first EP in Zurich, in June of the same year. Having already won the first prize at the Jazz à Oloron competition and coming second at Jazz à Vannes, in 2016 they were runners up at the Conad Jazz Contest. From then on they have continued the tour of their first album "Danses Futuristes" (15 dated in 2017 in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Holland) and are starting to work on their second, which they will record in May 2018 at the prestigious “La Buissonne” studio, in the South of France, and then premièred at the Jazz aux Vents festival in Avignon, before being released in the autumn.
