Second place in the 2018 Conad Jazz Contest

Natalie Greffel is a composer, vocalist and instrumentalist. She first developed a taste for music by chance: her father had no background in the field, but he decided to buy her a keyboard after a lottery win. She went on to have piano lessons with one of her sister’s friends, and the die was cast: Natalie had found her path in life. She moved to Berlin in 2010 and decided to embark on a full-time musical career. Since then, she has worked with a number of groups, including Radio Citizen, Onom Agemo and the Disco Jumpers, Kelvin Sholar, Karl Hector and the Malcouns, and Natedal. In 2018, she came in second place at the Conad Jazz Contest. She performed in Perugia with her band, featuring Sidney Werner on double bass, Roman Klobe on guitar, Tomek Soltys on piano, and Philip Dornbusch on drums. In 2019, she has concerts lined up all over Germany and she will also be performing in Denmark and New York.
