After the verification of the case, there is finally a winner of the People’s Jury who, with 5810 votes, has decided to award the Urban Quartet, an instrumental quartet from Rome, formed by Gianluca Robustelli on guitar, Giuseppe Sacchi on piano, Vincenzo Quirico on double bass and Federico Balestra on drums.

With an average age of 26, the Urban Quartets conquer a place among the ten finalist groups of the Contest, winning the opportunity to tread the stage of Umbria Jazz (Perugia, 8 – 17 July 2022).

We will also shortly announce the 9 selected finalists of the Technical Jury.
