A double bassist for Berklee

22-year-old Giulio Scianatico has won a place at the Berklee Summer School at Umbria Jazz Clinics 20. Born in Bari and now based in Rome, he plays the double bass with Wasted Generation. The young musician was deemed the most promising artist in the Contest by the Technical Judges and he has been rewarded with an exclusive learning experience during the only seminar to be held in Italy by the world’s most prestigious jazz school. The names of the ten bands that have reached the final will be announced soon. Stay tuned!
