Conad Jazz Contest, the jazz music contest reserved for young jazz musicians between 18 and 28, promoted by Conad and the Umbria Jazz Foundation, at its 13th edition in 2026.

A cultural opportunity for aggregation such as the Conad Jazz Contest is important for giving many young artists concrete opportunities for professional growth, creating wealth for the country.

RECIPIENTS

The Conad Jazz Contest is a competition reserved for musicians aged between 18 and 28, soloists or groups of up to eight members, who present jazz projects of various genres and styles, without excluding contaminations.

SELECTIONS

A Technical Jury will choose 9 of the 10 finalists among all the participants. The task of identifying the tenth belongs to a Popular Jury who will be able to vote on this site for their favourite band in the second phase of the contest.

Conad Jazz Contest has consolidated over time. It has become a point of reference for young emerging jazz musicians, who see in it the opportunity to perform on the most prestigious jazz stages, first of all, the Umbria Jazz stage.
